What do you think I Create Exercise Fat

What do you think I Create Exercise Fat?

Tube that I recently stumbled across an article by a respected media touting how exercise creates fat.

Now my main focus is primarily pain management and increased functional strength and mobility through activities used to accomplish this is a natural by-product of the weight loss, so be prepared to disagree totally with that statement.

The same concept that exercise creates fat is absolute nonsense I could not sit here and keep my mouth shut about it. One of the article I read is that it controls much if you eat fat causes or not, and I agree with that.

You can not eat donuts, Twinkies, dingdongs, frozen processed foods loaded with common table salt, sugar or favorite snack and wash it with your favorite beer while you train like crazy for 90 minutes a day and still expect to lose weight.

There are all kinds of additives in our foods that unknowingly make us fat.

Are you eating your salad dressing with 10 grams of sugar per serving from corn syrup, high fructose. Maybe it was the addition of dried cranberries on your salad with a value of 25 grams of sugar per serving on top of the equivalent of 4 servings of dressing.

The article also goes on to say that the main point is that exercise increases appetite, so when you exercise you will eat more and eat more because it does not burn fat.

Of course you will be hungry after exercise. That's the time to feed your body with some lean protein, carbohydrates and natural fiber.

While I have never credited to the media to have any real common sense, the mainstream media are responsible for many of the same people who have said the wrong things about diet and exercise, and believe that what they have said is correct.

The article to which I refer is a clear example of how modern technology can be a blessing, can also help us harm by helping spread the wrong information.

So we have to be very skeptical about what we read in the media.

When it comes to eating well to lose weight with exercise does not have to know everything, just follow a few simple rules to start and combined with exercise to see results. These are:

1) Reduce all forms of sugar from your diet. You should try to consume less than 10 grams of sugar per meal, avoid sugars based on corn syrup, and if you consume a little over 10 grams, make sure it is from natural sources such as fresh fruit.

2) Eat lean protein and natural carbohydrates. Fruits and vegetables are divided into natural carbohydrates, lean proteins like chicken, lean beef, you can even use quality protein supplements.

3) Stay away from refined carbohydrates and processed, this includes things like processed pasta (lasagna, spaghetti, etc)

4) Reduce the salt content to an absolute minimum. One of the best ways to burn body fat is to stay away from all pre-packaged, processed dinners, boxed. It is a common belief that our bodies need salt, and it is true, but common table salt is not only excessively consumed, not so good for the body. There are alternatives, but only reduces the consumption of common salt as much as possible.

Follow these simple rules and basic starting point and exercise and be satisfied with the results.
